31 March 2010 - Resolved - Database Server offline

Late this afternoon one of our databases took itself offline which resulted in a small number of websites being down while the fault persisted. Normal service has now been restored and the effected sites are back up and running.

A small number of websites are currently offline due to a database fault. We are currently working to get the database server back up and running. Services expected to resume by 5pm.

29 March 2010 - Production Server #1 due to be decomissioned.

We are taking our first ever production server offline forever. This is due to its' age and the high costs associated with keeping it online. Migration will happen over the course of the next few weeks, with effected clients being contacted when necessary.

9 November 2009 10:15pm - Resolved - Production Server #5 down

This issue was resolved at 10:24pm. All impacted sites are back up and running. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We are currently experiencing issues with Production Server #5, technicians are being dragged out of bed.

9 October 2009 - Website Rejuvination

Liquidweb is under rennovations. We have a whole pile of new content, products, features, and support documentation coming.
